“I’ve been using the Ground & Restore Herbal Salve from African Violet Tea Co. for almost two weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results.

I originally started using it for a long-standing elbow issue, along with lower back and hamstring discomfort. My elbow pain used to be sharp and stabbing, so irritating that I was constantly shaking my arm out to get relief. After about two weeks of consistent use, the pain has significantly improved. There’s still a slight dull sensation, but the stabbing pain is gone, which has made a huge difference in day-to-day movement and comfort.

One moment that really stood out: I was wrestling with my 9-year-old son and picked him up without even thinking about it. Normally, I brace myself because I know I’ll feel it afterward, but this time, I didn’t feel any pain at all. That was a big win.

I also tore my hamstring a while back, and it’s been stiff, nagging, and uncomfortable ever since. Since using Ground & Restore, that tightness and constant discomfort is almost completely gone. I honestly haven’t noticed any hamstring pain lately, which is something I didn’t expect after such a short time.

Overall, I’ve been very pleased with this salve. The combination of CBD and Arnica clearly works, and I appreciate having a natural, herbal option that actually delivers results.
